ISS Facilities is hiring GMP Floor Technicians to work in south Social Circle, zip code 30025.

Shift: 12 hour night shift, 6pm - 6am, with a 2-3-2 schedule

Hourly Wage

Key Purpose

JGMP Floor Technicians are responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces within the GMP space (stripping, waxing, buffing, etc.).

Ideal Candidate Experience

· High School diploma or equivalent education required

· Minimum 1 ½ years’ experience in floor care

· Must be able to read and understand GMP/GDP requirements including documentation requirements

· Knowledge of how to strip, wax, and burnish floors with minimal to no assistance

· Knowledge and experience operating various pieces of equipment such as high-speed buffers, extractors, wet vacs, pressure washers, and auto scrubbers.

· Janitorial or laborer experience in a facility setting is preferred

· Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment

· Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills

Key Accountabilities

· Perform preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use

· Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work.

· Floor care, including routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing, and burnishing on hard surface floors and stairwells

· Will be required to perform GMP cleaning activates on an as needed basis

· Routine office and/or break room cleaning

· Maintenance of floor care equipment

· Follow impairment procedures prior to performing work

· Document all floor cleaning per the schedule provided

· Perform daily audits to ensure floors maintain aesthetic appearance

· Position requires shift, weekend, and holiday work; Overtime may be required at times

· Must be able to work in controlled environment with special gowning

· No make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish or artificial fingernails allowed
