Little Flower School is looking for a talented and caring educator to teach our first grade students. This person would team with the other first grade teacher and the para-educator to provide a comprehensive instructional day for the first graders.This person is responsible for designing and implementing differentiated lessons that are aligned with the ADW teaching standards for first grade. This person is also responsible for creating and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This teacher uses positive behavior management to keep students safe and to maximize student learning time.This teacher will also use clear criteria to assess students; learning and will keep clear records of students' performance and progress.Like all staff members, this individual is expected to model Gospel values, demonstrate professionalism, and share in the overall supervision of the students.
