Position Summary:

The role is a unique blend of financial analytics and business partnership. You will need to dive deep into the numbers to understand cost levers impacting the business and also drive cross functional discussions with key internal partners to help ensure financially prudent outcomes to existing business challenges.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Reporting: Structure large data sets to find usable information and create reports for internal teams.
• Analytics: Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Business Process Improvement: identify improvement opportunities, recommend future state, quantify opportunities, partner with business leaders to successfully implement, and track success.
• Other: Be a key user of various financial systems of the Company and other business applications.

Qualifications, Skills and Education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tech savvy and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to identify problems, analyze relevant data, think critically, and generate viable solutions.
• Ability to apply solid business judgment to analytical projects and provide guidance based on analyses. Accurately assess risks associated with various alternatives.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prepare financial and/or strategic analysis with accuracy within an established time frame.
• Clear decision making and communication. Ability to think conceptually, flexibly, and strategically.
• Ability to independently plan and prioritize multiple diverse projects.
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise, clear manner, whether written or oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships across all departments and levels.
• Personal honesty and integrity; effectively handle confidential information with trust and confidence.

• Competitive Salary: Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges are developed with the support of national benchmarks and industry best practices that adjusts to your cost of labor, years of relevant experience, skill set, and education. The salary range for this position is $73,233-$109,850.
• Bonus: This position qualifies for a 5% bonus.
• Hybrid Work Schedule: We support employee needs and their work/life balance so we offer the flexibility to work remotely while being onsite as needed for “collaboration days.”
