The Job You Will Perform:


Conduct customer financial analysis, maintain and reconcile accounts timely to minimize company credit risk and maximize customer service and sales. Determine customer credit worthiness, perform collection activities and make collection calls, coordinate and resolve customer disputes regarding deductions and past dues. Monitor the accounts receivable within a specific portfolio. This position includes a flexible and hybrid work schedule.

The Skills You Will Bring:


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting preferred, or related area
  • Fundamental understanding of operational, accounting, and finance topics
  • Ability to understand and interpret various credit market factors and risk
  • Capability to make credit decisions based on financial analysis and other indirect information
  • Perform collection activities and resolve discrepancies for an AR portfolio exceeding $50 million
  • Ability to communicate effectively and competently with high level financial managers
  • Develops effective working relationships with business sales/finance and external customers
  • Ability to prepare accurate accounts receivable performance reports as required
  • Ability to manage bad debt reserve and write-off processes
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products and SAP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of applicable business experience
  • MBA in finance, accounting, or related area
  • Experience in analyzing financials and making credit decisions

Other:

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
