Field Construction Coordinator Job Description
We are a growing company that is looking to hire a Field Construction Coordinator for Holland Homes to represent the Lee County area and surrounding area job sites.
We are seeking someone with knowledge in construction, to help take ownership and successfully lead our development projects to be on schedule, under budget, and meet our quality specifications and standards. Delivering lots on time is essential to building our homes for our customers, so this position is specific to managing infrastructure and site work in the communities. Not only do we need someone experienced in project management, we also need someone who can provide leadership, a willingness to work hard, the ability to have confrontational conversations, and knowledge of site work. This job is not managing bricks and sticks, but running sewer & water lines, utilities, curb, gutter, grading and paving the way for homes to be built.
Needs to be a self motivated individual who preferably calls Lee County home. Willing to drive a company truck and make weekly/daily commutes, managing multiple jobsites at a time in Montgomery, Birmingham and sites throughout Auburn. You will work directly with the head of community development and owner.
Base salary, depending on experience, Bonus potential based on performance, Benefits Package & Truck Allowance.
