Schedule: FT- Monday through Friday typically daytime hours
Salary: $50,000 salary plus benefit package
Location: Position will be based in Golden Valley, MN or Salt Lake City, UT. Candidate must reside in MN or UT.

Morning Sun Financial Services provides Financial Management Services (FMS) for participant-directed Medicaid programs throughout the United States. We are seeking a Program Manager for our services in Utah to provide customer service and project management for statewide operations in Utah. Morning Sun Financial Services is a participant focused award-winning agency serving people with disabilities and older Americans. Morning Sun provides high quality customer service along with technical and financial support to participants and/or participant representatives. Our goal is to provide client satisfaction through professionalism, competency, efficiency and courtesy.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will coordinate financial aspects of self-directed services for people with disabilities. Morning Sun is a Financial Management Service Provider. The service coordinator acts as the liaison between the state of Utah, the participant/individual receiving services, and internal departments such as payroll and billing. This position is the main contact for service participants and/or their representatives.
Job duties include developing and managing the individual’s budget; monitoring, auditing, and reporting budget information; and assisting individuals with employer responsibilities.
Requirements:
This position requires excellent customer service skills and strong analytical skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability required. Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel and Word). 4-year degree preferred. Experience in navigating State support programs and systems preferred. Preferred candidates will have previous experience with social work or finance and customer services.
