Cardinal Honda is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to expand our service team.

Responsibilities Include:
Greeting service customers in our state of the art service drive.
Documenting customer's concerns in an effective manner.
Generating repair orders and tracking the status of the vehicle throughout the repair process.
Keeping customers updated in a timely manner.
Reviewing customer's vehicle history and making proper maintenance recommendations per Honda's recommended maintenance intervals.
Reviewing and finalizing repair and time estimates.
Providing the highest level of customer service experience.
Scheduling appointments.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
