Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics and Work Order Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in advanced Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and PivotTables. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management abilities are essential to manage complex data sets and create meaningful insights and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize multi-tab Excel workbooks with automation and advanced formulas to efficiently complete daily tasks.
• Lead the creation of work orders and printing of product labels.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure accurate data entry and quickly identify and correct any errors to maintain data integrity.
• Create & manage daily shipments to Amazon and collaborate with the warehouse to plan and schedule shipping activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting, and demonstrate a strong proficiency in multi-tab Excel workbooks with automation and advanced formulas.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively; Demonstrate a proactive approach to improving processes and workflows

Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Photoshop / Pixlr is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
