Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 plus commission

What You Would Be Responsible For.
The Regional Event Sales Manager will be responsible for direct event sales and will be tasked with developing the company-wide event sales department.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  • Organizing sales team meetings to ensure cohesive communication between Sales team members.
  • Developing a process for event referrals between event sales team members.
  • Build event sales through direct sales
  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Coordinators
  • Setting sales goals for department and sales coordinators
  • Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Developing sales department's SOPs
  • Set pricing for event space for all of our brands.
What we Require from You
  • Advanced Time management skills
  • At least 5 years of direct event sales experience
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
