Entry Level Geotechnical Field Technician (Training Provided)
Location: Commerce City, CO
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00/hr (With opportunity to earn pay increases within 4 to 6 months)

Description: While no experience is required, any construction experience is a plus!

In the Geotechnical field we are looking for motivated individuals that are looking to grow in a skilled trade! We will train and grow future employees into their new career, so no direct experience is required!

Day-to-day:

• Test soils, wet concrete, aggregates, and asphalt on job sites
• Perform quality assurance for construction materials
• Drive a company truck around Denver, CO daily
• Log GPS coordinates of construction sites
• Able to be on your feet and use your hands for most of the day
• Perform light data entry
• Maintain a flexible schedule with the ability to work up to 60 hours a week (some Saturdays, as needed)

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old or older
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Construction experience is a Plus

What you will receive:

• Paid trainings, and pay raises, upon completion of specific certifications
• The opportunity to earn more certifications in ACI, WAQTC, LabCat, ICC, or CDOT

Schedule:

• 8 to 10-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Opportunity for overtime
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
