Meduit is looking for goal driven and financially motivated candidates to join our team in our Sartell, MN office as Medical Collections Representatives.

Our Collections Representatives are responsible for recapturing the revenue owed to our clients by speaking to patients and assisting them with payment options for open balances.

Most of our agents earn $50-60k per year while some exceed $60k with our competitive commission-based bonus plan. Be paid according to your hard work and results!

While we value experience, it is not required. We will train you to be successful in the role!

Key Accountabilities

• Handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Discussing, negotiating, and executing acceptable payment arrangements for outstanding medical debts.
• Updating respective systems with call results in a fast-paced work environment
• Understanding and fully complying with all federal and state laws and regulations (including HIPAA FDCPA CFPB).
• Meeting or exceeding metric goals

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required
• Must be willing to submit for a background check.
• Computer skills required
• FACS or Collect One system experience not required but is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical insurance, and medical terminology not required but is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
