Immediately Hiring Full/Part Time Enrichment Activities Assistants

This is an excellent growth position ideal for someone with experience in teaching or leading special needs populations or for someone with a background in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Psychology.

The ideal candidate must have a growth mindset, willingness to learn, and work with a team of amazing people who's main goal is to serve the community. Candidates with experience in working with special needs, assisted living, and memory care are encouraged to apply. Flexibility to work weekends required.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Organizing & leading daily memory enrichment activities with a small group of residents
• Enthusiastically encouraging resident participation and celebrating their achievements
• Preparing background materials and conducting relevant research for activities within the provided curriculum

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 and the flu
• Associates Degree
• Organization and time management skills
• Customer service & problem solving skills
• Empathy to work with seniors with memory impairment
