Description:Living Proof is seeking a hands-on, data-driven eCommerce Manager to lead day-to-day CRM activities and drive ecommerce sales on LivingProof.com. This position will support and develop all direct-to-consumer digital marketing efforts including product launches, promotions, merchandising. The eCommerce Manager will assist the eCommerce team in growing our digital business. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, this person is self-motivated, efficient, analytical, has exceptional attention to detail and is a team player.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all email & CRM strategy, developing the content calendar for email communications & promotional strategy, as well as reporting on performance.
• Use Google Analytics to evaluate the performance of and opportunities for improvements on LivingProof.com.
• Lead the Consumer Data Platform strategy and maximize the impact of 1P data.
• Build lifecycle and channel strategy to drive first time & repeat purchases, utilizing CRM tools to develop knowledge & insights on the Living Proof consumer.
• Focus on user acquisition across email and SMS.
• Own end-to-end project management process from conception through approval process to completion of creative assets for email.
• Assist with site QA on new development initiatives to support the eCommerce team.
• Work closely with brand, content, operations and consumer engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, marketing or other relevant fields for a consumer brand
• Experience with CRM and email
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Should love learning new software applications and online tools
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
