St. Anne's-Belfield seeks an enthusiastic and responsible assistant for our Pre-School Program After School program from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. The ideal candidate is nurturing, responsive, flexible, and understanding of the needs of a child aged 3-5. The candidate must be a collaborative team member who will assist teaching faculty with implementing the daily after school program.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in typical student-facing duties such as arrival and dismissal, recess supervision, transitions, and program activities.
- Complies with and understands procedures related to safeguarding the health and safety of all of our students.
- Maintains a supportive relationship with students and their families.
Essential Skills:
- Flexible attitude
- Excellent communication skills with faculty, parents and students
- Works collaboratively in a team environment
- Finds joy working with our youngest students
Education and Experience:
- Minimum: High School Diploma
