Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently demonstrate positive leadership characteristics that inspire employees to meet and exceed standards.
• Drive Company Vehicles to and from events and company buildings.

Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of operation.

• Communicate the plan and needs of the operations team clearly with the Service Captain and Culinary team at all events.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed with the packing and breakdown of the event equipment.
• Loading of all Food, Beverage and Equipment prior to and after scheduled events.
• Receive, handle and distribute equipment, beverage & food at events along with the transport of anything which is being returned to the warehouse and Culinary Center.
