We are a multi-unit Franchise with 3 Dairy Queen/Orange Julius's in Oahu.

We are currently looking for a Senior Crew Leader for our DQ OJ location at the Windward Mall in Kaneohe.

The Senior Crew Leader will work with the Store Manager to help grow the business and create a successful team. You are an individual who wants to grow with our company and has a solid work history and work references.

Responsibilities:

• Motivates team members to increase sales and profit
• Foster a culture of "total customer experience"
• Takes initiative
• Coach and develop team members
• Ability to open and close the store
• Work hours as the business dictates
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Smile and Maintain Eye Contact
• Team-orientated, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Be responsible to fill your shift if you are unable to work

• 1 year QSR experience or restaurant experience
• Is dedicated to training and coaching a team to success

This position is Full Time or Part time

Pay starts at $18 per hour with an hourly bonus for working weekends. Tips are an additional $2 per hour our more.
