The

Opportunity:
The Documentation and Training Specialist is responsible for
creating and developing various types of training, including business
processes, user guides, eLearning modules, or cheat sheets for internal/
external customers. The DTS is also responsible for updating all documents
related to software releases and/or process changes and communicating the
changes. Where needed, the DTS is responsible for facilitating and delivering
training to internal customers on various software packages. This position requires
close attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Foster collaborative relationships with
internal customersWork directly with Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) to define training/documentation requirements, collect feedback on
drafts, and publish final documents/eLearning videos.Assist in organizing a document repository –
storing, archiving and updating materialsFacilitate on-site and/or web based training
sessions for internal customers.Ensure content is written in a way that is
easy to understand, and has a consistent voice.Ensure all documentation and training adhere
to high quality standards and meet regulatory expectations.Availability for weekend or extra hours work
during project implementation or whenever necessary to accomplish tasks.Other related duties as may be assigned by the
CIO or an IT manager.Responsible to
maintain AlohaCare’s confidential information in accordance with AlohaCare
policies, and state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding
confidentiality. Employees have access to AlohaCare data based on the
data classification assigned to this job title.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of training or
documentation experienceDemonstrated ability to write business
correspondenceDemonstrated ability to deliver clear, concise,
and effective trainingDemonstrated ability to work with a diverse
group of employees and managers and have excellent people skillsStrong communication skills Strong organization skills Able to work efficiently and independentlyAble to multi-taskIntermediate skill using Microsoft Programs;

Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Journalism,
English or related fieldTechnical Writing skillsPrevious experience with eLearning course
development using Adobe CaptivatePrevious experience with Medicare/Medicaid
program(s) desirablePrevious experience with QNXT is highly
desirablePrevious experience with Guiding Care or any
other Care Management software system is highly desirable

Mental, Physical and Environmental

Demands:
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a
negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull,
or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time,

Salary Range: $50,000 - $64,000 annually
