About the Position:

The District Manager is responsible for daily operations of assigned company field locations within our company's central division. The District Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations. The District Manager is responsible for achieving financial and other company goals and objectives as compared to financial and operations budgets and forecasts. Meeting or exceeding customer requirements by maintaining a 95% on-time performance level and ensure world class customers relations are maintained at the field level with our local railroad customers.

Our ideal candidate would have:

• 5 years of related management/supervisory experience, experience with transportation or railroad companies preferred.
• Previous multi-location management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience with recruitment, training, safety, and fleet management
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, DOT physical, Motor Vehicle Report, and background check.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
• Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment.
• Ability to travel overnight and weekends as business needs required.
