What you need to know about this position:

In this newly created role, the Director of US Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Talent Attraction will establish and provide direct leadership to a high performing team of US and Costa Rica based Talent Acquisition Sourcing Advisors responsible for building and delivering proactive candidate for leadership pipelines and sourcing for active roles in alignment with Mondelēz talent needs. In addition to sourcing leadership, this role will lead the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies and solutions aimed at attracting top-notch, diverse talent to Mondelēz.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and delivery of innovative TA sourcing strategies to identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new sourcing methodologies to meet Mondelēz overall short- and long-term talent needs

  • Partner with People Leads and Business leaders to comprehend hiring plans and business priorities to develop and implement sourcing and talent pipelining tactics that support a consistent flow of qualified, diverse candidates directly linked to key roles/critical capabilities across functions

  • Getting close to our leaders and candidates, building quality relationships - understanding their needs intimately to coach and deliver a great hiring match now or in the future

  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team of sourcers who execute sourcing and pipelining tactics, pre-screening candidates for suitability.

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategy and launch multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to build robust talent pipelines for current and future talent needs

  • Partner with corporate communications and other stakeholders to create content that effectively articulates the Mondelēz culture, mission, and vision

  • Own and evaluate performance of all talent sourcing and recruitment advertisement vendor relationships, contracts and tools ( job boards, recruitment social media, CRMs, etc) to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of process, end user benefit and positive experience, and an outstanding candidate experience

  • Develop metrics such as KPIs, ROI and SLAs to evaluate the productivity of sourcing strategies, monitor service delivery and technology effectiveness

  • Build up external benchmarking capability to understand competitive intelligence landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders, utilizing data trends to gain insights into how to broaden and diversify our talent pools

  • Build TA team and stakeholder capability to ensure that all are equipped to be Mondelēz Talent Magnets

  • Influence change and drive change management for new solutions/ new ways of approaching sourcing and technology within the recruitment process

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology

  • Prior experience in Executive Search, preferably with a highly matrixed, global organization or search firm developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment

  • Experience leading, coaching, and evaluating a sourcing team

  • Advanced sourcing skills; strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices; deep internet search, strong research, social media and candidate generation skills required

  • Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Platforms, and other tools

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc)

  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Ability to own and drive complex, strategic solutions and to be accountable for execution and outcomes

  • Strong organizational skills – ability to plan, drive and track metrics for multiple recruiting programs. The ability to work to tight hiring timelines

T he annual base salary for this position ranges from $129,700 to $259,400 . Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
