We are seeking a Director, DUI Journey-IT leader to overrsee the efficient and effective delivery of application services for our new business strategies. CST is a high growth company poised to begin the next phase of growth and needs a dynamic technology leader to drive the definition and implementation of the systems that will carry us forward into new businesses. Your responsibilities will include, using your technology expertise to participate in business strategy and planning; utilizing your team to define the technology capabilities that will enable the business strategy outcomes; creation, hiring, and management of the development teams needed to implement the technology; and ultimately the successful implementation of high-quality systems that meet the delivery objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Own the Technology strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of our growth strategies.
  • Align with and provide amazing customer service and support to your business partners by understanding the business strategy and objectives and leading the identification and implementation of technology solutions that enable the organization.
  • Build a culture of quality and speed of execution by forming highly motivated and engaged teams, including vendors and CST employees.
  • Drive the creation of efficiencies within the development process using automation, CI/CD, code libraries and other dev ops tools in an agile environment.
  • Evaluate and prioritize major features and enhancements to drive maximum value in the most effective timeframe.
  • Manage all aspects of the technology team including performance reviews, coaching, hiring, staffing, and budgeting, resulting in a high-performance delivery team exceeding our business expectations.
  • Define, implement, track and report delivery status and metrics that accurately reflect the priorities and results needed to achieve our business outcomes.
  • Utilize Dev Ops metrics such as lead time, team velocity, and cycle time to track and improve team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading IT teams focused on software development and program management.
  • 5+ years of experience directly interacting with senior business leaders in the translation of business strategy into the definition and implementation of new systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Track-record of success partnering with business owners to drive key outcomes.
  • Discipline to ensure success by appropriate planning and maniacal focus on completion.
  • Experience with implementing CRM Systems, integration with data solutions, and the implementation of customer facing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience growing the skills and capabilities of technology resources through development best practices, architecture, and dev ops principals.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize initiatives based on business benefits and drivers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate concepts through written words and pictures to broad audiences.
  • Ability to tailor your communication style to appropriately meet the audience’s level of needed knowledge and interest.
  • Proven track record of bringing new Products to market with a high focus on being First time right & On time delivery.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a related field. With 5 years managing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Compensation range: $135,000 - $160,000 - Salaried

Bonus target: 15%
