Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and energetic Director of Benefits Consultant- Alliance Relationships. In this important role, you will have a direct impact on MOBE by developing our national Consultant/Broker strategy and by leveraging your trusted relationships with the consulting community to drive awareness and interest in MOBE. In addition, this role is also responsible for our partner distribution strategy and helping secure the right distribution relationships to accelerate MOBE?s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop national strategies that drive the growth and retention of MOBE?s business through the consultant channel and distribution partnerships.
  • Lead consultant engagement strategy to drive business for MOBE. Activities could include consultant events, national leadership meetings, industry events, etc.
  • Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity of MOBE?s products and roadmap highlighting new product functionality.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior level consultant contacts and decision makers while building MOBE champions.
  • Collaborate with sales team and cross functional teams to drie successful local deployment of consultant strategies
  • Maintain a strong command of the health plan and employer health solutions marketplace and a foundational understanding of our customers? expectations for a successful partnership.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plan for partners to drive growth through sales enablement, training, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge learned from your time with consultants and distribution partners to provide thought leadership for the organization on future product and capability development.
  • Utilize deep understanding of the health solutions marketplace to identify, nurture and secure distribution relationships for MOBE?s solutions.
  • Responsible for regular consultant communications to ensure our message is shared effectively
  • Other duties as assigned to help fullfill our Mission and abide by MOBE?s Guiding Principals.
