We are currently hiring staff to assist a young man in the Schwenksville area that is curious, driven, and ready to explore his community with the right staff.

Job Requitements

-Must be a US citizen.

-Must have a valid driver’s license. .

-Must be patient, reliable, observant, punctual, organized, and creative in planning activities.

-Please note, this position does NOT offer benefits or paid time off but does offer a competitive salary.

Job Duties

Job duties are as follows, but are not limited to, assisting with all ADL’s, planning activities, attending school program and supporting, assisting with medical needs, transporting to community activities (in family vehicle), skill building, growing peer relationships, encouraging independence, building, and maintaining weekly activity schedules, offering choice and freedom to decide, expanding the individual’s interests, completing daily notes at the end of each shift, and offering solutions to the individual’s needs.

Job Perks

Available Schedule

Tuesday and Thursday 6am-8pm

Staff Requirements

-Must be reliable, punctual, observant, and ready to make a difference.

-Staff requirements-

-Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Gerontology, Education

-CNA, LPN, RBT, or NAAD. Or willingness to become NAAD certified.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.90 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Harleysville, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
• Tube feeding: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
