Sentara Healthcare is looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect to join our team as a Digital Transformation Enterprise Architect!

This position is 100% remote but candidates must have a current residence in one of the follow states or being willing to relocate: AL ,DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, NE, NH, ND, NV, OK, OH,PA, SC, NC, SD, TN, TX, WA, VA,WA, WV, WI

The Digital Transformation Enterprise Architect (DTEA) will be an "ambassadors” for enterprise architecture, helping business leaders and board directors alike understand the purpose and value generated by all the systems that underlie day-to-day operations. The DTEA will be managing a team of digital architects who are designing and deploying best of breed digital solutions. This group oversees the entire systems architecture, including business processes and IT infrastructure. It helps to establish rules for and processes around technology usage to ensure consistency across business units and functions. As such, this group can help the CIO and senior leadership team redesign the company's business and IT architectures so that they can avoid some of the pitfalls cited earlier and compete more effectively in a digital era. Responsibilities typically include:

  • Road mapping technologies and digital platforms for customer connection.
  • Building an integrated platform for birds-eye transparency.
  • Adapting our technology trends shift to Azure cloud services.
  • The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Requirements :

  • Need to have a combination of deep smarts in business strategy and expertise on IT trends and technologies, integration patterns, business-process steps, and running a closed IT environment.
  • Must have a good communication and marketing skills.
  • Must be able to foster close collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Advanced digital and consumer analytics framework Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Experience with cloud platform preferably Azure. Healthcare experience with payer or provider healthcare operations is preferred.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's level degree - Experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree

5 years of relevant years' experience with a degree

7 years relevant years’ experience without a degree

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $ 112,000 to $209,000
