Job Summary:

Oversees the design and production of digital and print marketing materials. Manages call tracking, traffic reports, and sales event schedule for all SRG communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the design, production and delivery of community marketing collaterals, promotional items, conference signage and other materials as well as specific corporate projects.
• Produces custom email marketing campaigns in HubSpot for all SRG communities from design, layout, list segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, analysis and more. Works with Director of Digital Marketing to setup workflows and automation.
• Manages, creates, and optimizes all call tracking numbers and signals on an ongoing basis.
• Performs routine outputting of all SRG traffic reports to evaluate and analyze SRG community productivity, lead sourcing, conversion rates, and other data as required to determine effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
• Acts as liaison with all communities and appropriate corporate staff and third-party vendors to maintain appropriate inventory levels of all current collateral and promotional materials and supplies. Collaborates with vendor to setup and manage print fulfillment platform.
• Assists all communities with property-based direct mailing efforts and design including list generation through Yardi or other data source, coordination with local printers and mailing houses, and tracking of outcomes.
• Acts as liaison between corporate management, 3rd party vendors, agencies, and the communities to assist in the coordination of direct mail and marketing collaterals to ensure the timely delivery of all materials and files.
• Supports field sales efforts through production of flyers, direct mailers, invitations, and other non-standard collateral. Maintains tracking system for on-going non-collateral projects.

• Provides marketing support to sales teams at all SRG communities.
• Uses Wrike to manage all community events, direct mail, email marketing, etc.
• Traffics extra projects to freelance graphic designers and production artists.
• Coordinates with accounting and maintains copies of and disseminates all approved sales and marketing invoices for payment as directed.

Experience/Training/Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of marketing/communications/email marketing/content management experience working within a corporate office or agency.
• Possesses effective communication skills interacting with all levels of corporate staff, vendors, and community personnel.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and Acrobat), HubSpot, Wrike, G Suite, Microsoft Office and CRM. Knowledge of Yardi and Invoca (or other call tracking software) a plus. Basic video editing and photography skills are preferred.
• Possesses knowledge of pre-flighting artwork for print projects.
• Ability to speak and write effectively with an emphasis on writing, composition, grammar, and journalism. Copy writing experience is a plus.

• Ability to calculate figures and data and present results of findings.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
