As our Digital Experience Director, you'll take the wheel of our soon to launch eCommerce website, crafting a seamless and immersive online shopping experience for our loyal customers. Your creativity will shine through stunning product photography, while your marketing prowess will engage and captivate our audience on social media. You'll work hand in hand with our dedicated ownership team and store managers to showcase our remarkable projects, amazing products, and talented team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage our eCommerce website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing shopping experience on our Shopify platform
- Develop and execute captivating product photography and visual content
- Drive social media strategy and engagement across all platforms
- Craft persuasive and engaging copy that showcases our brand's story and values
- Collaborate with store managers and ownership team to highlight projects and team wins
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize website performance and social media metrics to increase conversions and brand awareness
- Bring a start-up mentality to drive innovation and growth within the company

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, eCommerce, copywriting, and branding
- Proficient in Shopify platform management
- A keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling through photography and design
