The Humber and North Yorkshire Collaboration of Acute Providers (HNY CAP) formed in 2020 and has a strong track record of partnership working and mutual aid. HNY CAP is responsible for leading and managing a large multi-organisation and complex programme of work leading clinical and corporate transformation across the four acute trusts in Humber and North Yorkshire:

- Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
- Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust
- York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
HNY CAP Trusts cover a large geography with a population of circa 1.8 million people and have a combined turnover of £1.9bn.
