The Treatment Coordinator is required to have experience working in a dental office, presenting dental treatment plans, working the front desk, have knowledge of various dental insurance plans, and have excellent customer service skills. Must be confident, growth-oriented, punctual, detail-oriented and reliable. Must be comfortable explaining benefits, explaining big treatments, and having difficult financial conversations.

Role:
Get to know the patients become a familiar person for them to reach out to
Collect OTC
Close treatment
Communicate value of treatment and how the investment will benefit them
Keeping up with production goals & be able to analyze the data.
Scheduling patient appointments/maintain re-call system.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial consultations with all new patients and with existing patients when new treatment plans are presented.
  • Manage and maintain the payment options and policies for patients to uphold the practice’s financial integrity.
  • Understand the practice’s policy on working with dental benefit plans and be prepared to educate patients on their dental benefits.
  • Bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations as required.
  • Oversee and track dental benefits plan accounts receivable and follow up on claims regularly to ensure timely payment.
  • Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment
  • Verifying patient benefits/coverage/eligibility.
  • Entering accurate data & patient info.
  • Calculating and collecting patient co-pays.
  • Follow up with cases without unnecessary delay.
  • Experience in marketing.
