Sealy Kids Dentistry, located in Sealy, Texas, is growing and adding an energetic and patient-focused Dental Patient Coordinator to our collaborative front office team.

The Dental Patient Coordinator will deliver a Distinctive Patient Experience during checkout and provide patients with high communication, customer service, and scheduling.

The ideal Dental Patient Coordinator will have a reliable, punctual, engaging, upbeat, and pleasant personality who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced office environment. Job Duties:

• Check patients out by collecting co-pays and payments.
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Verifying insurance eligibility
• Answering phones
• Calling to confirm patient appointments
• Assisting with the cleanliness of the front office and patient waiting areas

Requirements

• Pleasant phone demeanor

• Medical or Dental front office experience
• Reliable and punctual, able to work full-time
• Strong technical abilities with patient management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
