Job description
Established private practice seeking to hire a dental front office team member. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly person to join our team as soon as possible.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
* Interact professionally with patients in person and by phone
* Bill claims to insurances
* Schedule patient appointments
* Complete benefit breakdown forms and other patients forms
* Collect and post payments
* Fill in appointment cancellations and no-shows
* Ability to effectively present treatment plans to patients
* Complete any additional job duties as assigned
Abilities, knowledge and skills required:
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent punctuality and ability to be flexible with schedules and needs of the team
- Must be responsible, reliable and dependable
- Must be detail-oriented
- Proficient computer skills
- Understanding of HIPAA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
