Job description
Our family-owned dental office is seeking a front desk receptionist who is self-motivated, friendly, dependable, organized, and a good teammate. The applicant should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while demonstrating care to each patient and communicating effectively. This administrative role requires significant multi-tasking, time management, and a strong understanding of dental insurance. Knowledge of PracticeWorks dental software is a plus but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Patient scheduling including check-in and check-out
- Dental insurance
- Treatment estimates
- Collecting payments
Experience:
- Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
- Scheduling Appointments: 1 year (Preferred)
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 with an hour for lunch from 12:00-1:00.
Compensation is based on experience, and employees are eligible for paid time off, a retirement plan, and discounted dental care.
