Delivery Driver-Route
Job description
The Daily American Republic is looking for a delivery/route driver. The right candidate must have a Class E drivers license, be dependable, on time and work well on their own. Knowledge of the Poplar Bluff, Doniphan and Dexter area helpful, but not mandatory. The driver will leave the Daily American Republic in Poplar Bluff at approximately 3:00am to run their specific route for the day. The total hours are up to 29 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday.
The driver will deliver the Daily American Republic newspaper to local post offices and will fill the newspaper vending machines with the daily newspaper. On Wednesdays, the Prospect News, Doniphan, MO and Dexter Statesman, Dexter, MO newspapers will also deliver to the post office and vending machines will be filled with the current papers.
