We are looking for individuals with an eye for detail and strong excel skills to join our Administrative Team. These are exciting days for the home furnishing industry. Now is your chance to join our talented team that delivers luxury art and wall décor to audiences around the world. As a Data Entry Processor, you will organize and catalog data.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Create; enter, manage, and change catalog data on large amounts of data in excel.
• Perform quality control inspections on data before it is entered into our software.
• Problem solving on any technical issues that may arise.
• Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure new product launches are clear and concise.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations
• Handle additional duties from time to time

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent typing skills
• Critical thinking abilities and good time management skills
• A team player who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Nice to have: Bi-lingual in Spanish and/or Korean
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Education and Experience:

• High level of proficiency in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in data entry
• Experience taking initiative and maintaining accuracy in all job-related activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
