Based in Rockwall, Texas, we have provided residents in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with professional, 5-star home services for over a decade. We strive to deliver exceptional customer care without fail—because our mission is to treat each and every one of our customers like members of our family.

Pay

• $18.00-$22.00/ hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Book Inbound Service Requests from customers
• Schedule appointments to meet daily Call Goals
• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers
• Outbound call to fill the 3-day minimum call board
• Outbound calling as assigned by Call Center Manager
• Take initiative to outbound and save unbooked calls from previous days, including requests in dispatch that have not been booked
• Complete Quality Assurance form on 3 calls per day
• Participate in weekly 1:1s and coaching calls with the Call Center Manager
• Attend scheduled Call Center Training's
• Admin tasks as assigned by management

• Prior Call Center experience with Plumbing, HVAC or an Electric service provider is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of customer service experience in a call center or telemarketing role
• Have open availability from 7am to 7pm
• Experience with Service Titan and/or Nexstar best practices is a big plus
• Independent, Driven, Personable, and Relatable
• With High energy and outgoing
• Able to pass Criminal Background Check
• Driver's license and a clean Driving Record
• Able to commute daily to Rockwall, TX
• Bilingual is preferred
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
