Our Customer Service Reps are the backbone of our success. No matter the industry a company cannot be successful without being a leader in customer service and satisfaction. This professional will need to have exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to multitask while paying attention to detail.

Duties:

• Maintaining and further developing strong relationships with current customers.

• Data Entry, shipment tracking, and status updates for customers.

• Developing creative problem solving procedures through experience and abstract thinking.

• Booking shipments, making pickup and delivery appointments

• Addressing customer concerns

• Representing the core values behind Online Transport.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the Trucking Industry preferred with a high level of understanding of Dispatching and/or Driver Management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer service, problem solving, presentation, organization, computer, analytical, and people skills

• Must have the ability to work in a team environment

• Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

• An understanding of driver’s hours of service and time management

• Ability to efficiently use Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• TMW or similar experience preferred.
