Staub Precision Machine is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for its Hamburg, NY headquarters. The company manufactures and sells precision machined parts for their customers mostly in the medical, aerospace and communications industries.

The Customer Service Representative will manage customer communication via phone and email. This candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders and accurately entering the information into the company software program. This position also works closely and communicates with the accounting department and our production team to ensure an efficient operation.

Essential Duties and Required Skill Set:

• Answer and direct inbound calls and emails.
• Enter sales orders promptly and accurately.
• Handle communication and follow-up with customers.
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints.
• Communicate regularly with multiple internal departments.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the customer service field.
• Strong computer aptitude, including MS Office.
• Experience working independently and with a team.
• Positive and upbeat attitude.
