Busy and still rapidly growing Littleton/Highlands Ranch area veterinary clinic seeking compassionate, bubbly, motivated, front desk staff. This position is Full-Time. Initial schedule is somewhat flexible but we strive for the schedule to be consistent. Looking for someone with a background in exceptional customer service. This is not an entry level position but no veterinary specific experience is required.
The client service representative (receptionist) position is the MOST IMPORTANT job in the hospital! You are the client's first and last impression. You get to mold their entire experience so this is not a position to be taken lightly!
CSRs respond to emails, access multiple dashboards and applications, schedule appointments, greet clients, check clients out, keep the lobby stocked and organized, scan and fax records. The CSRs are responsible for refilling prescriptions, answer basic pet health questions and recording client conversation and notes in the digital medical record. Again this is a touch job full of multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment.

- Ability to handle multiple inbound calls in a switchboard like atmosphere

The pay range for this position is $16-20/hour depending on experience.
