Lake Area Collision is an automotive body shop that strives to provide excellent customer service and quality repairs.

Lake Area Collision is hiring a customer service respresentative to join our fast-paced and friendly environment. The right candidate will be capable of providing excellent service to our clients, will have experience answering phones and will have a strong desire to learn further knowledge of the auto body industry. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position, but customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and address customer issues.
• Be knowledgeable about services provided.
• Maintain a professional business image.
• Respond to telephone calls in a timely manner.
• Invoice and file paperwork.
• Schedule repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
