Customer Service Representative

Chicago Water & Fire Restoration is a rapidly growing, family-owned water and fire restoration company based out of Elmhurst Illinois. As we expand, we are looking for a high-energy and eager-to-learn Customer Service Representative. We lead with compassion and pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our clientele by being highly effective and fast-moving. For that reason, we are seeking someone with the capacity to be highly adaptable, independent, and organized.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Remote 2nd shift schedule availability after training!
• Provide customer service support to our clientele by answering and relaying their phone calls
• Maintain an ongoing line of communication between our teams and customers
• Coordinate with crews to relay estimated timelines to our valued clientele
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Eagerness to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in a dispatching or call center environment is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Google Professional Suite is preferred but not required
• Other duties as assigned

Must comply with criminal and motor vehicle background screenings when applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
