Customer Service Representative needed for newly renovated, progressive, multi-doctor, small animal general practice in Eastern North Carolina.

Our practice emphasizes relationships, community involvement, communication, and client education in collaboration with superior medical, and surgical services. Appointment schedule allows ample time for diagnostics, discussion, and client education. We constantly strive to improve our services to our community and are always open to new, innovative ideas and change. We enjoy working with the local humane society and police department to offer services to pets looking for their forever homes and our local working canine officers.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Three experienced doctors and a trained staff are available and happy to mentor. The ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, lift more than 30 pounds, have a positive attitude, a sense of humor (this is a MUST :)), and good communication skills are required. Experience with animals is preferred. This individual MUST be a people person!

Some job duties include, but are not limited to greeting clients and patients by name, answering and juggling multiple telephone lines, invoicing clients in/out, updating electronic medical record, communicating with clients via email, text, and phone (LOTS of client communication), client education, and scheduling appointments.
