- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 4-40: Customer Representative License:
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- Gather information from customers, assess their insurance needs and risk profile
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
- Complete and follow-up on administrative tasks such as managing and processing paperwork, correspondence, keeping detailed records, ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled including the completion of appropriate forms
- Follow contract, property, and insurance laws
