We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to work at our facility in Birmingham, AL. Customer representatives are expected to provide a high quality service to customers by phone and email support.

Payrate-$15.00

Location-Birmingham, AL

Shift- 1st

Responsibilities Include:

    Answering hones and providing support Providing email support Collecting information Supporting hundreds of nationwide sites through phone and email communication.

Qualifications:

    Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Preferred NOT required) Comfortability with computers Clear speaking voice and ability to articulate clearly Dispatch

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr | Monday - Saturday | Day Shift | 40 hours per week
