CS Manager - JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide leadership and management for all customer service, clerical and administrative support staff. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead customer service, clerical and support services, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide direction to customer service, clerical and support staff with assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and serve as escalation point for customer concerns.
- Ensure continual process improvement within the Customer Service Department.
- Ensure that nightly process and all functional processes are completed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
- Generate and distributes various forms and reports to support the business.
- Oversee maintenance of records, documentation, and files.
- Schedule meetings as necessary to support daily operations.
- Participate in budget preparation and administration.
- Provide coaching and performance management to the Customer Service Department.
- Evaluate and implement policies and procedures to support the business.
- Perform other managerial duties as assigned.
