Salary: £21,000 + monthly bonuses + £1000 welcome bonus!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working

My Client, a rapidly growing and developing company a FIVE minute walk from Leeds Train Station, is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors, Customer Service Representatives + Administrators (can be entry level) to join their Company. A company keen on training and development, they are looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals with great customer service skills to come on board, prove their worth and set down the foundations for a long term career.

What are your duties and responsibilities?
- Manage your own case load of customers, being their main point of contact
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from third parties such as estate agents/lenders
- Ensure that all emails are responded to quickly and professionally
- Using multiple IT systems to track work load
- Process a number of legal documents correctly
- Update customers on the process of their case
- Prioritise work load in a productive manner
What are the requirements?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work towards targets and KPI's
- Experience of working in a high volume/fast paced environment
