Customer Service Advisor – Work At Home
- We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Customer Service team, representing a leading energy company due to continued growth. Starting salary of £19,760-£21,400 OTE
- 40 hours per week between 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (no weekends)
- Work from home, full equipment provided.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will be;
- Dealing with Vulnerable customer’s queries in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Demonstrating resilience and empathy whist addressing and collecting payments/outstanding balances
- Up-selling relevant products and services
- Generating bills and arranging payments
- Walking customers through the provision of meter readings
- Updating account profiles on our in-house systems
- Booking engineer appointments
- Maintaining a professional image for ourselves and our clients
