This is a full-time hybrid position that requires frequent travel (up to 50%) to client sites and ad hoc events.

What You'll Love To Do...

  • Build phenomenal relationships, increase retention, and grow the accounts of our Virginia customer base by developing and executing account management plans that over-deliver on expectations
  • Partner with EdConnective Partnership Advisors to initiate relationships with principals and school/district administrators to share the benefits and value of teacher and K12 Leadership coaching through EdConnective
  • Work closely with our success and growth teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead engaging in-person sessions with administrators, teachers, and coaches to generate excitement and create buy in for the coaching process
  • Address customer success challenges before they happen by building strong relationships and executing on strategies that maximize user engagement and mitigate user issues.
  • Be persistent in engaging key account leads and contacts by delivering compelling discovery based sales conversations over the phone, virtually, and in person

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ability to work an external client-facing role that requires frequent travel within the state of VA
  • Proactively learn and use our CRM system (Salesforce) to note activities
  • Collect and manage product feedback from schools and participate in product development conversations
  • Design and manage product rollout to schools, ensuring they fully adopt new products and features

Ideal Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or higher
  • Passion for improving education
  • Minimum of 3 years in a K12 education role
  • Strong communication, writing, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire others
  • Self-driven, persistent, assertive, and entrepreneurial
  • Proven ability to leverage technology (i.e. phone, video, email, GSuite, Zoom, social media, etc.)
  • Are naturally solution driven and excel at asking questions and listening carefully to responses
  • Experience selling a service or willingness to learn; comfortable with selling and sales conversations
  • Must be a POSITIVE, can-do person, be adaptable to change

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience developing strategies to increase the adoption of technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder projects with exceptional results
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage customer relationships
  • Virginia-based - preferably located in the following areas: Richmond, Newport News, Central, or Northern Virginia
