Purpose:

The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for performance marketing execution on Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, & Lowes eCommerce websites. They will lead and implement the strategy to drive traffic and conversion on customer platforms. They will partner closely with account managers to drive customer strategy and achieve direct margin goals through top line sales performance and advertising spend optimization.


The Kraus team operates as a business within a business at Delta Faucet Company. Kraus is an agile, cross-functional team that is charged with growing and scaling the Kraus brand.

The Customer Marketing Manager reports to the Director, Customer & Consumer Success. This position is encouraged to challenge existing norms and improve processes while collaborating with the various areas of the business (Sales, Analytics, Product Development, & Brand / Creative).


Responsibilities:

The Customer Marketing Manager should understand how to use customer marketing programs like Amazon Advertising (AMS), Home Depot Retail Media+, Wayfair Partner Media Portal, Amazon Display Advertising (DSP), use tools like Criteo, Citrus Ads, Intentwise, and optimize metrics like CAC, ROAS, ACOS for optimal return on investment that aligns activation with expected outcome. This will require a diligent focus, collaborative relationship with the core team, and a bias for action.


The Customer Marketing Manager responsibilities are:

  • Earn strong organic and paid search results placement for top keywords for Kraus products
  • Understand customer algorithm drivers to build and implement a comprehensive plan for growth
  • Use analytics to understand platform traffic and conversion trends to quickly adjust strategy to a constantly evolving marketplace
  • Implement a test and learn strategy to directly inform advertising strategy, merchandising asset creation and SEO writing
  • Partner with the Brand & Creative team, Data Analytics Manager, and Digital Shelf Manager to commercialize products
  • Lead Paid Search and Advertising as strategic levers for driving customer platform growth
  • Partner with Account Manager and Data Analytics Manager to drive coordinated customer campaigns
  • Build partnerships with customer to focus on critical initiatives, key eCommerce metrics and growth opportunities
  • Analyze consumer keyword and reviews trends across all Kraus categories to identify product portfolio opportunities

Education & Experience:

The Customer Marketing Manager will be a:

  • Curious Learner – Continually stay ahead of the curve with emerging trends in customer performance marketing.
  • Integrated problem solver & doer – Discuss, plan, implement, measure and optimize customer campaigns and programs that integrate with each other as well as with off platform digital & social marketing
  • Team-oriented – Enjoys working with internal team members and partners (e.g. analytics, sales, creative, product, & finance)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of dynamic eCommerce performance marketing experience
  • A proven ability with Amazon Advertising and omnichannel retail marketing is required
  • Prior eCommerce experience in a consumer goods industry with a focus on merchandising, retail media, paid search (SEM), SEO, and performance marketing is desired
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data from various sources and applying to business needs coupled with a solid understanding of the consumer behavior-purchase process, brand positioning and shopping behavior
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, lead with influence, and take a creative approach to solving business problems
  • Thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and hands-on environment with the ability to quickly adapt and change to an evolving market
