Customer Care Team Specialist
Position open for a Full Time Customer Care Team Specialist to perform a wide variety of duties, including assisting in daily Customer Care Team operations.
Essential Functions
- Balance Proof Work
- Download daily reports. (Web Director)
- Print reports and reconcile ATM.
- Perform all wire functions
- Establish new stop payments.
- Research errors and enters necessary corrections to the records
- Handle Customer Calls
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in computers and internet usage.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous banking experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
