DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers and employees with phone, fax, and email requests
- Support Online Banking, Bank Card Services, and Online Account Opening
- Complete research requests, verification of deposit requests and credit references
- Understand organization structure, departments and their responsibilities aiding in connecting customers with appropriate associates
- Follow policies for correct customer verification and process customer requests to minimize risk of releasing sensitive information
Currently working a hybrid, 90% on-location and 10% remote, schedule.
- High School Diploma
- Customer Service Experience
- 18 years and older
- Has customer service/and or banking experience

Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
