Job description
Green Dragon is one of Colorado's largest cannabis companies and top retailers with 17 locations and 3 cultivation facilities, and continually growing! As of October 2022, Green Dragon has over 14 locations in Florida. As we expand our footprint throughout the state, we are looking for full time Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to join our team at our Palatka, Florida facility.
Job purpose
- Support the day-to-day workflow within the Cultivation facility
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work space
- Cloning, soil line, room reloads, plant pruning, harvest
- Trimming
- Moving material
- Cleaning
- Assisting with production and daily duties, as needed
- Prior experience in spraying/IPM will be open to negotiable payrate
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top notch attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening
Working conditions
- Long periods of sitting and/or standing, noisy work environment, warehouse temperature affected by outside conditions
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
