Are you passionate about CRM/Loyalty and looking for an opportunity to manage the delivery and optimisation of data driven CRM Campaigns? Do you have experience of working in CRM/Loyalty within top retail or B2C environments?

As a CRM Planner you'll be responsible for the planning, creating and sending of world-class CRM campaigns for Asda with a key focus on Asda Rewards, our new loyalty programme. You'll be supporting the CRM manager on the continual optimisation of the CRM comms strategy with the aim to drive acquisition, revenue, and retention of our loyal customers.

Your role

This role sits within the Asda loyalty and CRM team, you'll proactively manage the end-to-end delivery and execution of multi-channel campaigns through our CRM platform utilising email, push and in-app messaging as key channels. As well as creating briefs, proofing, building, testing, and launching of marketing and triggered comms through Salesforce Marketing Cloud you will:

Be responsible for the reporting and the continual optimisation of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for strategic developments for the CRM manager, ensuring we are maximising revenue as well as customer engagement including Open rates, Click Through rates and Unsubscribe rates

Analyse and interpret CRM data to understand opportunities for improvement, plus implement testing plans to improve the results and relevancy of campaigns

Develop campaigns with enhanced personalisation working closely with our agencies to deliver dynamic content to optimise our emails and campaigns

Collaborate closely with several teams across Asda to deliver key business propositions as well as working with our online teams to ensure customer journeys are efficient from click through to transaction

Build audience segments and working closely with the data team to ensure target audiences and volumes are correct and will achieve planned forecast

Work closely with the CRM design team to deliver engaging and relevant content for campaigns ensuring campaign brand guidelines are met

About You

• Must be a proactive self-starter, with a good understanding and hands-on experience in the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns
• Have experience of working in CRM/Loyalty in any top retail or B2C environment
• Have an understanding and can competently use ESPs, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud desired but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flex plans and reprioritise
• Be naturally curious, passionate about marketing, data, and tech, and doing the right thing for customers
• Have a track record of working with and influencing wider business stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of working and managing third party agency partners.
